Thank you for shooting and sharing this video, every time Matt Anderson is on Vancouver Island I try to attend his concerts. I have never heard him cover a Neil Young song. I saw him recently in Victoria with the Big Bottle of Joy, he's awesome!

Great camera work. Need to get ahold of someone that has sound board recording. I lost my ticket to this show but did not realize until last minute, bless that ticket checker he just looked the other way and under the velvet rope i went and did not look back. Found a seat 6th or 7th row until someone showed up looking at me looking at ticket, found seat 4th row for the rest of the show.🤗 Found out later my buddy’s were opposite to where you were sitting in balcony where i was supposed to be

Every Christmas mass we go to a very small church and Matt and his mom play and sing. Its totally awesome and a priviledge to have seen Matt grow from seeing him when he first started out and left home to go out west and make it big in a crappy little caravan. Now look at him.

Beautifully done Joe! Anybody that likes this should check out Jim Campilongo outta San. Francisco. I used to see Joe years before this in a little jazz club in Dayton Ohio called Gillys. He'll tell ya about it if you ever get a chance to talk to him. I'm sure he has fond memories of it. Used to come out & talk/hang with the audience. A regular, very humble & talented guy.
